Conveniently located in the North Hills, you’ll be surrounded by several desirable walking trails and dog parks to explore with your pup. Take a stroll at Midtown Park, or go for a jog on the greenway—the choice is yours! But that’s just the start of our pet perks! Our on-site luxury pet spa takes our pet-friendly apartment community to the next level.
Here is everything you need to know about our pet policy: Cats and dogs are welcome. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. One-time nonrefundable pet fee: $400 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet. $35/pet/month pet rent. The following breeds are restricted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf Dog, Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Malamute, Miniature Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Pit Mix, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf, Wolf Dog Mix, and mixes of such breeds.
