Here is everything you need to know about our pet policy: Cats and dogs are welcome. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. One-time nonrefundable pet fee: $400 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet. $35/pet/month pet rent. Aggressive breeds are prohibited.
