What Kind of Amenities Does Channel House Offer?
Channel House Raleigh makes apartment living more luxurious than ever, offering a slew of amenities for every resident lifestyle! From the indoor/outdoor resident clubroom and gaming area to the saltwater pool, a fitness center with a dedicated outdoor space, and private recording studio, you’ll enjoy spaces designed to enhance your creativity and relaxation without ever traveling far from your modern apartment home. In addition to those onsite gems, we also provide fully integrated covered parking, 24/7 package delivery room, and dry-cleaning lockers to make running errands a breeze for you and your family.
Do Channel House Apartments Have a Pet Policy?
You know it! We are happy to accept cats and dogs (non-aggressive breeds only) and allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Our pet fees include: a one-time nonrefundable pet fee: $400 for the first pet, and an additional $200 for the second pet. We also charge a $35/pet/month pet rent.
Life at our pet-friendly community is more than spectacular, especially for your four-legged friends. Surrounded with a variety of beautiful walking trails, community parks, and our onsite pet spa, you’ll pamper your pup with luxurious pet amenities to enjoy at your convenience.
Which dog breeds are restricted?
In consideration of the comfort and safety of our residents, only non-aggressive breeds are accepted in the Channel House Apartments community. The following breeds are restricted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf Dog, Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Malamute, Miniature Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Pit Mix, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf, Wolf Dog Mix, and mixes of such breeds.
